Hose Connection at Top of Head

The DreamWear the Frame is designed with the elbow at the crown of the head making it easier for users to move freely while sleeping. This design will help alleviate any tugging or pulling from the front of the mask, to allow for a more stable air flow connection. The elbow is made to allow active sleepers the freedom to move through-out the night without hindering proper mask placement.

Unlike typical CPAP mask frames, this dreamwear frame is made of polycarbonate/silicone. It is much softer and at the same time it never gives you cold feeling. This Dreamwear mask also comes with a pair of fabric frame wraps which gives you even softer touch.

Multiple Cushions Included

Any size cushion will fit any size frame, replacements in only the desired size can be purchased. The Fit Pack includes all four sizes of DreamWear nasal cushions: small, medium, medium wide, and large. Also, please note the fit pack includes the medium frame which will fit most users. If you prefer a smaller or bigger frame, you can replace it: Dreamwear mask frame.

Minimal Contact Design

The DreamWear Nasal Mask is designed with a cushion that rests under the nose and seals both nostrils without needing to cover the entire nose. Rids discomfort and irritation on the bridge of the nose that are common with most nasal masks. Not only does this Dreamwear CPAP mask allow for minimal contact, it also is one of few nasal masks that allow for an open line of sight for reading or watching TV before bed.

If you always lie on your back this is absolutely your the best CPAP mask but if you always lie on your side like me you will found much air leak. It is not comfortable.

I had several questions about this mask when I looked at it. Would it stay on? Would my therapy be effective?

The answers were YES, YES and more!! This is the most comfortable mask I've worn since my diagnosis of severe sleep apnea three years ago. I can turn easily without displacing the mask and even with a thinner face, I do not have problems with fit.

Thanks to Cpap Man who helped me find this mask!!

Very good. Light weight. Tubing position is also good. Sealing is also very good without feeling a lot of pressure.

In some ways this is the most comfortable mask I've had and I've probably tried a dozen in the 15 years I've been on CPAP. I love the top positioned hose connector as it allows me to route the tubing overhead where I attach it to the top of my headboard. Finally, no more fighting with the hose. I find it very comfortable to wear. And I have more range of motion without dislodging the mask.

It took a little time to adjust to the nasal interface as it is is quite different from the nasal pillows I'm used to. It stays in place by fitting around and slightly pinching your nostrils and the air comes through a horizontal slit in the plastic. It works pretty well when you get used to it. However, for me, the mask rubs where the base of the nose and upper lip merge. You know, that little cartilage thingy that separates the nostrils. I use lube but still, after four or five days it's sore and I have to go back to my Swift nasal pillows.

I wish someone would develop a mask based on the same technology that uses nasal pillows. But for now, I'll go back and forth until my nose heals and I can use the Dreamwear mask again without discomfort. Maybe I'll develop a callus there and I can wear it every night. Still, it's the mask I prefer - I'll just have to alternate for now.
