DreamWear Headgear with Arms
Philips Respironics has updated their DreamWear headgear to include flexible arms on the sides for increased comfort and stability. These arms extend past the user’s ears and are adjustable with the shorter velcro section in the back. The headgear with arms is easy to attach and detach, making disassembling and assembling the entire mask effortlessly.

Built for Comfort
The updated headgear was designed primarily with comfort in mind. The arms on the side shift the straps closer to the user’s neck rather than on top, increasing stability and comfort. This design also eliminates the need to adjust the headgear each night, since only the arm connectors need to be detached from the mask.
Slip-Resistant Design
The updated design improves the fit and seal of the mask and reduces the chances of slipping. The arms provide a headgear placement near the user’s ears, which reduces the chances of the headgear slipping off upwards. The mask itself can still be easily removed by pulling the front off and above the user’s nose and pulling the mask upwards, but during use, there should be no problems with slipping.
Quick Assembling and Disassembling
The mask connectors on the arms use the same slots the older version headgear uses, but pop into place when slid in. They can be disassembled using the same motion of angling and firmly but slowly pulling. There should be no risk of the headgear slipping off, as an angle must be made before it can be separated.

Reviewer’s Tip
