Returned oxygen concentrators undergo a thorough inspection, resetting, and cleaning process, including filter replacement and disposal of returned cannulas. Oxygen Concentrators are also sanitized and left untouched for at least seven days before being shipped to the next customer.
Do Oxygen Concentrator come with nasal cannulas and oxygen supply tubing?
Yes, one 15ft nasal cannula oxygen supply tubing will come with your rental Oxygen Concentrator. You can purchase more Oxygen Concentrator Supplies here.
Do you charge insurance?
We only accept credit and debit cards for our rental program. We recommend checking with your insurance provider regarding reimbursement.
Do you take FSA/HSA cards for rental orders?
No. Currently we only take credit and debit cards as the payment method for all rental orders.
Is this program available to international customers?
No, currently we only allow orders from the U.S. (excluding US Territories).
How do you charge me for the following months?
CPAPMAN charges the credit/debit card on file every month from the initial order date. If the credit card has expired, please contact us promptly to update your information.
Why can't I find the PayPal Checkout for Rental?
Our monthly charge system only supports credit and debit cards at this moment.
What if I want to buy the Oxygen Concentrator after a few months of rental?
If you are interesting in buying out your rental Oxygen Concentrator, please contact our customer service team. The monthly rental fees you have paid can be applied towards the purchase of the Oxygen Concentrator, up to a maximum of half of the current Oxygen Concentrator retail price. For more details on the buy-out process, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Why do you need to collect a deposit?
The deposit for the rental Oxygen Concentrator is held to cover any damages or non-return of the equipment. Once the rental period is over and the Oxygen Concentrator is returned in good condition, the deposit is refunded.

What if I break or lose the Oxygen Concentrator?
You will be charged up to 80% of the new Oxygen Concentrator price, as per CPAPMAN's policy.
What if I lose the Oxygen Concentrator parts that need to be returned?
In accordance with CPAPMAN's rental policy, if any parts that need to be returned are lost, the renter will be charged the price of the part as listed on the website. Please note that there is a fee of $20.00 for misplaced Oxygen Concentrator manuals.
Prescription Required
To rent a oxygen concentrator, a prescription is required. If you have previously purchased a Oxygen Concentrator from CPAPMAN.com, we may already have your prescription on file. Otherwise, you can fax a copy to us at 1-866-936-3730 or email it to us at sales@cpapman.com. We must have a copy of your prescription before we can ship your rental. We can also contact your physician directly if needed.
Rental Period
Please note that our minimum rental period is 1 month and is rounded up to the nearest month. For example, if you keep the Oxygen Concentrator for 2 months and 1 day, you will be charged for 3 months. The rental period is calculated from the order date until the return drop-off date. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for charged monthly costs. We have included a 10-day grace period to account for transit time before charging the next month's rental fee.
Shipping Address
To ensure the security of our rental Oxygen Concentrator, we only ship to credit card billing addresses. Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 states, and we offer free return shipping for these areas via USPS Flat Rate or UPS Ground. However, we regret that we are unable to ship to US Territories at this time.
What If the Oxygen Concentrator Is Damaged When It Is Returned?
The Oxygen Concentrator must be returned without any defects. We strongly recommend you take pictures of any marks or defects you spot when you first receive the Oxygen Concentrator and send them to us for our records. CPAPMAN will charge up to 80% of the price of a new Oxygen Concentrator for rental Oxygen Concentrators that are lost or returned damaged. CPAPMAN reserves the right of final interpretation/determination of the Oxygen Concentrator’s condition.
Rental Deposit Required
When placing an order, we will charge the Oxygen Concentrator rental fee, a setup fee $129, and a deposit to your credit or debit card. The deposit amount may vary based on the Oxygen Concentrator you select. Starting from the second charge, you will only be billed the monthly rental fee. Once the Oxygen Concentrator is returned, we will proceed to refund the deposit to you.
About your credit/debit card:
Customers are required to provide a credit or debit card under their name with a matching billing/shipping address. The card must have an expiration date of at least 3 months away. Customers are advised to contact us promptly for an update if their card is about to expire. PayPal, and FSA/HSA cards are not accepted as payment methods for rental orders. When placing your order, please ensure that your card has sufficient fund to cover the monthly rental fee, a setup fee $129, and the deposit. If there isn't enough fund available, your order might experience delays or could even be canceled. In the event that the monthly rental charge is declined, our team will promptly contact you to address the issue. If transactions cannot be processed on time and we are unable to contact you for the return procedure, your deposit may not be returned in order to cover the cost of the Oxygen Concentrator.
