CPAPMAN offers free shipping for orders $99+ to all 50 states. Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping applies to residential addresses, US territories, PO Boxes and military post offices (APO/FPO/DPO).

Orders under $99 ship via USPS flat rate shipping for $6.99. Flat rate shipping applies only to the continental 48 states. Shipping options and costs to Hawaii and Alaska can be viewed during checkout.

Expedited Shipping
CPAPMAN provides expedited shipping for all orders at an additional cost, which is calculated during checkout.

International shipping is available for all products (excluding ResMed). Exact shipping costs, delivery times and shipping options are displayed during checkout.

Do you ship to my country?

Due to varying import regulations, we may be unable to ship to all countries. If your country is not available in our "Estimate Shipping and Tax" drop down under Order Summary, we cannot ship to your country.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to all provinces and territories except Quebec.

Very Important!

Customers are responsible for all import-related expenses such as duties, taxes, brokerage fees etc. We strongly advise customers to contact their local customs office for information on duties, import regulations, and taxes prior to placing an international order.

CPAPMAN is not responsible for delayed or lost packages caused by customs.

Customs may occasionally return packages. If this happens, we'll contact you about resending your order. Please note that you will be responsible for additional shipping fees, including the cost of returning the package to us.

If you decide to cancel your order, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. However, please note that the original shipping cost, any return shipping fees back to CPAPMAN, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

One mask: around $12 - $40 USD • One CPAP machine: around $40 - $80 USD

Looking to save on international shipping? Consider combining multiple orders into one! While a CPAP machine by itself might cost $50-80 to ship, adding a mask usually only adds a few extra dollars.

We process orders same-day if placed before 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will process on the next business day.

Flat rate shipping: 3 to 8 business days
USPS Ground Advantage: 2 to 5 business days

Packages shipped to Hawaii, and Alaska may have longer delivery times.

We recommend using a courier service (FedEx/UPS) for more reliable international shipping and tracking.

Please note that CPAPMAN cannot guarantee a specific delivery date due to unforeseen logistics or customs delays.

We trust that you've received your order once the carrier confirms delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:
  • Refuse the package from the carrier and let them know it's damaged.
  • Contact us about the damaged package. We'll either issue a full refund or send you a replacement free of charge, including all shipping costs.
If the carrier confirms your package is lost before delivery:
  • Contact us about the lost package. We'll ship you a replacement and cover all related costs.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please try the following:
  1. Confirm that your shipping address is correct.
  2. Check your porch, garage, mailbox, side door.
  3. Check to see if a family member accepted the package on your behalf.
  4. Check with your neighbor.

Still can't find your package? Contact CPAPMAN within 15 days of your order's shipping date and we'll help you track it down. Make sure to have your order number ready for faster assistance.

If your package is returned to CPAPMAN, we'll reach out to you to discuss rescheduling the delivery. Any additional shipping costs, including the return fees to us will apply.
