In AutoCPAP mode, the DreamStation Go monitors your every breath for flow obstructions and migrates the delivered pressure up and down to provide optimal sleep apnea support all night long. The DreamStation Go uses the same patient monitoring algorithm for auto-adjusting CPAP as the full size DreamStation, so there is no loss of effective, patient-focused therapy with the Go.

Both AutoCPAP mode and fixed CPAP mode include pressure ramp and expiratory pressure relief options. A timed ramp setting initiates therapy at a low-pressure level and gradually increases it over a set period. When SmartRamp is enabled, the device maintains the initial low pressure until it detects the first flow obstruction. C-Flex, C-Flex Plus, and A-Flex are expiratory pressure relief algorithms. When expiratory pressure relief is turned on, the pressure level is configured to drop 1, 2, or 3 cmH20 during exhalation. C-Flex Plus (in CPAP mode) and A-Flex (in Auto PAP mode) provide flow shaping to smooth out the return to full pressure with each inhalation.

The “System One” resistance control settings adjust air pressure relief when used with a Philips Respironics mask in the “System One” family. A universal “Check Mask Fit” feature lets you verify the fit of any brand of mask before use.

The DreamStation Go makes it easy to take along heated humidification. When the optional heated humidifier is plugged into the DreamStation Go panel, you have a choice of fixed or adaptive humidification. In adaptive mode, water-saving technology factors in the expected length of your sleep along with ambient conditions to automatically adjust temperature and humidity levels to conserve the water in the tank throughout the night. Part cleaning

• Hand wash in warm water with a mild dish soap.

*Once a week, the humidifier can be washed in the dishwasher. Weekly dishwasher cleaning is in addition to daily cleaning.

FAQ

Can I use a heat-moisture exchanger instead of the humidifier with the DreamStation Go?
Philips Respironics has not validated the DreamStation Go with any heat-moisture exchangers (HME). 3rd party HMEs are available on the market, but Philips Respironics does not vouch for the effectiveness of them.

Do I have to use the 12 mm micro-flexible tubing?
No. 15 mm or 22 mm tubing will connect and have been validated. If you change tubing size, it is important to update the Tube Type setting under the My Comfort section in the controls.

Do I have to connect to the DreamMapper app on a phone to turn on the machine?
No. It has an external power button.
