The Z1 features Z-Breathe pressure relief that will reduce pressure during exhalation for your comfort. It also comes with a ramp feature that slowly increases pressure to help you adjust.

I've been traveling (a lot) with this machine for several years now. It works as well as my ResMed AirSense, and it isn't noisy. Once in a while I think about getting the ResMed Mini, but I prefer the features of the Z1.

I love the convenient size of the Z1. I've used it one night and I couldn't tell any difference between it and my regular at home CPAP. I wish the air hose was a foot longer. All in all a good value for me.

Question Is there another battery backup that will work with the HDM Z1 besides the “1 pack” displayed. I am looking for something a little more user friendly.
