How do I know what size F&P Solo Nasal cushion is right for me?
Here are two ways to find your perfect fit:

1. Choose the Fit Pack
The F&P Solo Nasal fit pack includes small, medium, and large cushions*, so you can experiment and find the size that provides the most comfortable and secure seal.

*The wide cushion is sold separately and isn't included in the fit pack.

2. Use the Sizing Guide
Download the F&P Solo Nasal Sizing Guide, follow the instructions to print it accurately, and use it to measure your nose. The guide includes clear instructions for determining your ideal cushion size.

What machines are compatible with the F&P Solo Nasal Mask?
The F&P Solo is compatible with all CPAP and BiPAP machines. ResMed AirMini users will need an AirMini Tubing Connector Adapter and a non-heated hose to use the Solo mask.

How do I clean my Solo Nasal CPAP mask? 
Daily cleaning: cushion, frame, short tube, swivel
Weekly cleaning: headgear

1. Disassemble the mask prior to cleaning. Please refer to the user guide or the myMask app for disassembly instructions.
2. Hand wash the mask parts with warm water and mild soap. Avoid soaking for more than 10 minutes, and don't stretch the headgear while wet.
3. Rinse all the parts thoroughly and let them air dry completely out of direct sunlight. 

How often should I replace my Solo Nasal CPAP Mask?
For optimal performance and a secure seal, we recommend replacing your Solo Nasal mask every 6 months.

I find CPAP masks claustrophobic. Is the F&P Solo a good mask for me?
