For optimal fit and performance, we recommend replacing your F&P Solo Headgear every 6 months. However, keep in mind that how often you use your mask will affect your exact replacement frequency.

How do I clean the F&P Solo Nasal Headgear?
Just like all the other F&P Solo mask parts, the headgear can be hand washed with warm water and mild soap. To maintain its longevity, wash the headgear weekly and let it air dry away from direct sunlight. 

Avoid soaking the headgear for more than 10 minutes and do not stretch the headgear while it is still wet.
