I have seen very little in the way of reviews for this battery system C-100, C200, etc.. I rated this system 2 stars for I love the portability and various cables and connectors but unfortunately the battery performance itself is nowhere near the advertised runtimes (at least for me) and when you consider the price for the actual runtime it should be zero star rating. I use a pressure setting of 12 with a small travel Cpap (no humidifier) and can only get 12 hours of use using direct DC and only 7 hours of use when using an Invertor. I had the battery replaced figuring maybe I received a bad battery but the replacement was no better. If you only need one night of battery time between re-charges then this system is fine but if your expecting 2 to 3 nights between charges, be warned.

I've been very satisfied with mine. It's light weight and portable. I use it as a battery back up at home, but I've taken it on several camping trips. I've gotten three eight hour nights from it on direct DC (no humidifier) before it ran out of power. I did make a point of unplugging it from my machine during the day so it wasn't wasting the battery just running the display.

Excellent battery pack for short power outages, up to 8 hours, for individuals using just a CPAP machine, or for shorter periods if using a heated humidifier.

I�m sure the battery is fine, but the connectors didn�t fit my older CPAP, so I can�t really use it.
