Why?
becacuse of a two flexible straps at the two sides, they replaced it with a stif/semi stif straps which, when sleeping on the side you feel them, but the main drawback is that when you occasionally move your head on the pillow. because the strap is rigid it moves the nasal pillows and air begin to psss.. flow out. which is very annoying - needs an imediate repositioning.
Sometimes when you want to renovate you lessen your product ....
