How do I find the size of my AirFit F40 cushion?
The cushion size (SW, M or L) can be found on the bottom right side of the cushion. To find your best-fitting F40 cushion size, use the AirFit F40 Fitting Template. 

1. Stand in front of a mirror and hold the template under your nose.
2. Align your nose with the blue Medium box on the template. If your entire nose fits within the blue box, choose medium as your F40 cushion size. 
3. If your nose does not fit within the blue box, align your nose with the purple Small-Wide and gray Large boxes.
4. Select the cushion size that allows your entire nose to fit comfortably inside. If your nose fits into multiple boxes, choose the size that best accommodates your nose width.

When should I replace my AirFit F40 cushion? 
We recommend replacing your F40 cushion every 2-3 months for the best mask seal. Silicone cushions naturally soften over time and regular replacement ensures a proper seal for effective therapy.
