XT Auto Portable CPAP Machine (Without Humidifier)
The XT APAP machine is suited to be used at home and is versatile enough to be one of the most travel friendly sleep apnea devices on the market. Most importantly, it comes with an in-built power supply which adds to its overall portability unlike most CPAP machines out there that have an external power supply. FAQ
- How often should I clean and replace the filter?
- The filter that comes with the machine is washable and reusable and should last every six months or so if it is properly maintained. Clean the filter once every two weeks at the bare minimum. If the environment your Apex XT is housed is very dusty, you should clean the filter more often so that you can receive the best performance from your machine.
- Can the patient power the device by a battery or a car adapter?
- The XT series CPAP system doesn't have DC capability so it can't be powered by a battery or a car adapter. However, it can be used with a DC to AC inverter (CPAP only, not the heated humidifier). The iCH series CPAP system can operate with an inverter or converter. The converter allow users to operate the device from a 12V or 24V DC power source.
- Do I need a converter if I travel abroad?
- No, you will need a special adapter in order to plug your machine but the Apex XT can be used on international power grids. Anywhere from 100 volts to 240 volts without needing to be adjusted which makes it an ideal machine for traveling.
Please note: 2-year warranty is voided by water damage/misuse of the machine.

I went from xt fit to this and I couldn't be any happier. It's the same size as the fit but the xt auto is ahead on a lot of aspects. That's what I loved about it. The same size but more advanced. I got used to my fit and now it feels like there's nothing that changed about my machine. It's just the features. Perfect for my business travel all the time. Thumbs up!

You get what you pay for is so true that I just step up and pay for whats recommended. I like my XT Auto and almost bought the cheapest one they offer. Thank god I didn't because somebody that did isn't too happy about it. The team set my settings for me that I needed and it was just plug and play. I visited my family in Panama this past month and it fit into my travel bag without taking a lot of space. I would have liked to have separate battery pack but Apex dont offer it. and it dont seem anybody has one. I like my free mask with it and its good. I will buy a spare so I can keep one extra because this travel brand is convenient

I thought this machine was a AUTO CPAP machine not a fix pressure machine. After 3 weeks of using the machine that is when I realized it was on CPAP mode and not APAP mode. I had to call back and have the customer service team help me fix this problem. After talking with them for about a half an hour they have finally walked me through the steps on how to adjust it. They also told me how to adjust the pressure settings for me as well. It was simple. They told me that the machine is factory set as a CPAP and not a APAP and you need to have it set to APAP if you want the auto mode.

My First One
Machine seemed fine until i traveled with it and may have gotten some water in it. Now it's acting a little funny. I'm a little upset I find it on here for half the price the Own Slepp medicine charged me for it.
I am sorry to hear that. You should go back to where you purchased it to see if it is under warranty.
