How to return your Mask
Please call us before you return your mask. Have your invoice number ready and call us at 855-235-7626 or email to [email protected].
- When returning a mask, please insert ALL cushions, headgear, accessories and any other items included in the original mask package
- Shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for shipping your return back to us
- Return your item within 30 days of purchase
- Opened masks will be given an 85% store credit towards another mask **1 time only within a 6-month period**
- Unopened masks will be given a full refund
