I need an xs, extra small and Dreamwear/Phillips Respironics doesn't make it. I am going to need to give up Dreamwear and the top of the head connection and go back to ResMed front "elephant trunk" style. Or I may have to return the CPAP. The small is very uncomfortable.

Why is there so much variation in the sizing of the Dreamwear Gel nasal pillow? The replacement small that I have is different enough in dimensions from the one that came with my mask to make it practically useless.
