A Humidifier Which Successfully Fights Congestion

A Straightforward Piece of Hardware

Those looking for a humidifier that is both effective and easy to operate have found the perfect device! The H5i Heated Humidifier from ResMed is easy to use yet still offers superior results to users. The ResMed H5i Humidifier easily connects with the S9 and utilizes sophisticated technology to control climate and reduce nasal congestion and dryness for consumers.

The Function of a Humidifier

Healthy breathing requires that heat and moisture be added by your nose and upper airway to the air you take in. Very often during therapy higher air pressure overwhelms your body's ability to correctly heat and humidify the air. Cold, dry air taken in by the body leads to nasal congestion, a sore throat, a dry nose as well as other symptoms. This is where the H5i comes in: it assists your body in heating and humidifying the air you take in and therefore helps prevent these symptoms.

A Device Which Provides Results

The ResMed S9 H5i humidifier offers an intuitive and straightforward design; it's equipped with superior climate control technology from ClimateLine, and it's easily paired with ClimateLine Heated Tubing. In short, the H5i is a fabulous resource for providing humidification during therapy while avoiding potentially hazardous complications

Question Where does the filter go.Ihave a hole on back. I've been taping a filter feice to that whole. Am I missing a filter door to hold filter there instead of having to tape it? Lease send me some pictures and what I need to buy.
Answer
The filter goes on the back of the CPAP device half, not the humidifier half. It is small rectangular a flap on the back.

Question How can i adjust the air pressure on the S9 cpap?
Answer
Hi there, the S9 CPAP requires pressure changes be done manually on the device unless you have a modem. I would suggest reaching out to a local CPAP provider to see if they are able to assist in adjusting your pressures. Please note though that a prescription will be required for the clinician to make changes.
