We offer affordable monthly payments at a pace you choose – 6, 12, or 18 months – so you’re in control. From the beginning, you know how much you’ll pay and how long you’ll pay.   3. Do you collect interest?We don’t charge any interest, prepayment fees, or down payment. You only need a CPAPMAN customer account to manage your orders.

  4. How much is the Payment Plan processing fee?The one-time payment plan processing fee amount is calculated based on your total order value (including shipping charges and sales tax). You will see the exact processing fee that applies to your purchase at the checkout page.

    During the checkout process, we display the exact amount of the processing fee that you will be charged, and you can rest assured that you will not be charged anything more than that. This provides you with complete transparency, so you always have a clear understanding of the fees associated with your transaction

  5. Credit Card Payment Hold
    • Why did you place a payment hold?
      Since we don't collect a security deposit or down payment, we request a payment hold. Unlike a deposit, which you would pay and have it eventually refunded, the hold doesn't accrue interest but will gradually absorb up the available credit amount. This protocol is in place to prevent abandoned orders.
    • Do I have to pay the payment hold amount?
      You are not required to pay the payment hold amount. The hold amount will be reflected as "pending" on your bank or credit statement, and you only need to pay the monthly installment amount. The payment hold amount will gradually decrease each month within your chosen installment interval (6, 12, or 18 months), until it reaches $0.00 by the final installment charge.

  6. Where can I view my balance and payment schedule?
    1. Sign in to your CPAPMAN account
    2. Navigate to 'Special Orders'
    3. Select the order number to see the remaining balance and other details.

  8. Can I change when my payments are due?Unfortunately, we can’t change your due date each month or offer you more time to pay.back to top


  9. What happens if I make a late payment?

    If you anticipate making a late payment, please notify us promptly. We do not impose any late fees. However, if we are unable to rectify an incomplete or overdue payment, we may convert a portion of your payment hold amount into an actual charge.

  10. Can payment plans apply to S&S orders?

    Currently all Subscribe & Save Program orders cannot be checked out with the installment payment option.

  11. Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund the entire payment amount.

  13. Is the CPAPMAN Payment Plan processing fee returned to me when I issue a refund?

    No, the processing fee associated with the CPAPMAN Payment Plan is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
