This battery pack is flipping awesome! 5+ Stars and two enthusiastic thumbs up. So great is this product that I bought two of them from cpapman.com (awesome trusted merchant by the way!). I have several other batteries as well (C-100 and another slightly bigger one I bought). The cool thing about this battery is that if you have and AirMini, you'll get a lightweight cable that plugs directly into the battery and the AirMini. There's no transformer or other heavy adapter (like I always had to use with the C-100 and other batteries). I use these batteries backpacking, and the weight to benefit ratio is superb compared to all other batteries I've used. My last trip was two nights at about 5,500 feet in the Cascades, I brought both batteries, but I only needed one--got a full 14 hours running my AirMini at 10 cm. I usually run it fixed cpap (and not auto) at a lower pressure while backpacking just so I use less battery. I won't backpack without my cpap ever again!! 2-3 pounds max extra weight for AirMini and battery(ies), but it is "so totally" worth it! Sleep soundly under the stars (and not snoring everyone else out of camp). The other thing that impresses me is the build quality and the quality of the packaging and carrying bag. You open it up and the impression is that this Medistrom battery is clearly the "Cadillac" of cpap batteries. I know it's more expensive than the C-100, but for me, the extra cost is worth it. I still got my C-100, and might use it as a portable power source--but if I'm travelling or backpacking (or fishing overnight) the Medistrom is what will be powering my AirMini. My home cpap is a DeVillbiss Intellipap Auto (which has 28,000+ hours on it and still going strong--faithfully change my filters like oil in my pick-up).

Question
How do I make this work for my AirSense 11?
Answer
Going from the wall to the machine, you will first have your power supply that came with the AirSense 11 machine, then you will connect one of the two cables from the AirSense 11 cable kit (available here: https://www.cpapman.com/cpap-supplies/power/resmed-airsense-11-cable-kit-for-medistrom-pilot-lite-cpap-battery-p-2030.html ) to that cable and connect the other end to the medistrom pilot 24 lite battery. The other cable from the kit will go in to the DC out port of the battery and connect to the AirSense 11. In this way, you can leave the battery plugged in in-line with the machine so that you have a backup in case of a power outage and your battery is always ready to go. If you are taking it camping or some place without an input power source, you would simply use just the cable between the battery and the machine to run the machine.
