AutoFit Headgear
Stretch the headgear over your head, press the cushion into your nose and let the headgear auto-adjust to fit your face. With no side straps and clips, there’s no risk of overtightening your mask.

To adjust your mask seal, simply push or pull the cushion away from your nose. The AutoLock mechanism inside the headgear will retract or release as needed.  

Interchangeable Cushions
Swap out the nasal pillows for a nasal cushion to choose the comfort that suits you. Both cushion types are compatible with the Solo Headgear and Solo Frame with Short Tube and Swivel.

FAQ

What machines are compatible with the F&P Solo Nasal Pillows Mask?
The F&P Solo Pillows is compatible with all CPAP and BiPAP machines. ResMed AirMini users will need an AirMini Tubing Connector Adapter and a non-heated hose to use the mask.

How do I know what size nasal pillows I need? 
For ultimate sizing convenience, try the fit pack for a variety of cushion sizes. Or, use the F&P Solo Sizing Guide to measure your nose and find your ideal cushion size.   

How do I clean my Solo Nasal CPAP mask? 
Daily cleaning: cushion, frame, short tube, swivel
Weekly cleaning: headgear
 

1. Take apart your mask following the user guide or myMask app.
2. Hand-wash the mask parts with warm water and mild soap. Avoid soaking parts for more than 10 minutes, and don’t stretch the headgear while wet. 
3. Rinse all parts thoroughly.
4. Air dry completely away from direct sunlight.

How often should I replace my F&P Solo Pillows Mask? 
We recommend replacing your entire mask every 6 months and the nasal pillows cushion every 2-3 months. The silicone cushion softens over time and regular replacement ensures a secure seal.
