AirSense 10 for Her from ResMed
The Resmed AirSense 10 for Her is the very first machine specifically designed for the female sleep apnea patient. Because women tend to experience upper respiratory disturbances -- and apneas -- differently than men, the machine is capable of detecting when a woman is having an apnea within just a single breath, and unlike most devices, will respond by changing pressure immediately. The machine will respond immediately to any respiratory incident, altering pressure after a single unnatural breath.
Advanced Event Detection
ResMed's AirSense 10 for Her boasts several advanced event detection features. Separate and apart from typical therapeutic detection, the Elite is able to tell when you have Cheyne-Stokes respiration and also features central apnea detection.

1) Yes, the machine has a regular setting for men
2) Filter should be changed every 1 to 2 months
3) You can use it without filling water, please make sure you turn the humidity OFF so the humidifier isn't heating a dry water tank.
o clean it otherwise. How can I prevent the noise?
