For the last 5 or 6 years I have been taking 1,950 mg of time release arthritis pain killers every night before bed time to ease the pain in my body so that I could sleep through the night. Typically, I would wake up about 3:30 a.m. to 4:00 a.m., then not be able to go back to sleep. If I did go back to sleep I would over sleep and be late to the office.
Three month ago I started drinking one ounce of Mangosteen Juice three times a day. Just before Christmas 2007, I ran out of pain killers. Didn't take anything before I went to bed.
