Note:

It is recommended that you use a 100 amp hour, 12 VDC deep cycle marine battery for operating you CPAP machine when not connected to 115 VAC/230 VAC.

Most CPAP manufacturers recommend a minimum of 175 watt output for the DC to AC inverter. It is best if you order the DC to AC inverter recommended by the manufacture.

The somnotech CPAP Tubing Holder is designed to support your CPAP air tubing. The somnotech CPAP Tubing Holder is made out of lightweight aluminum tubing that is held together by an elastic type shock cord. Folded up it fits into a travel case that is less than 12" long. The entire unit weighs about 8 ounces. Extended it reaches a height of 44". It is designed to fit under the mattress and should work with any CPAP tubing.

The two piece construction make it ideal for travel, for packing into a suitcase and using in motel and hotel rooms.

Insulation Sleeves

Tube type sleeves require you to feed the air tubing down through the sleeve. Putting a piece of vinyl film or wax paper over the cuff of the air tubing will allow the air tube to slide through the sleeve easily.

The Wrap Around Sleeve with the Velcro closure is stiffer than the Standard or Double Sleeves. It is still flexible.

With the exception of the Polar Fleece sleeves, all others are made with a five ounce per yard polyester insulation material sandwiched between a scrim backing and a taffeta top material. It will slide very easily over the bed clothing.

Special Note: If the ambient temperature in your sleeping room is above 68 degrees, a single thickness polyester insulation material sleeve should be sufficient. If the ambient temperature in your sleeping room is below 68 degrees a double thickness polyester insulation material sleeve would be required.

CPAPDRYER

Helps fulfill flex tubing maintenance needs thus reducing moisture buildup and potential growth of virulent bacteria i.e., Logionella, sreptococci, fungus and other respiratory complications. In addition the CPAPDRYER rids the tubing of possible insects or spiders looking for habitat.

The CPAPDRYER cleans, clears and dries the 22 mm flex tubing used on CPAP machines.

CPAPDRYER Instructions

* Detach both ends of flex tubing from headgear and machine.

* Hold one end of tubing higher than your head with one hand, then drop the non-lead weight into tube with the other hand. Feed nylon line into the tube until the weight comes out the bottom opening.

* Push approximately 25% to 50% of the cloth into the tube opening with your little finger to facilitate an easier pull through. Pull the cloth through the tube by pulling on the weight. You may need to place your foot lightly on the cloth end of the flex tube as an anchor to pull against. WARNING: Be sure to balance yourself against a chair or wall so you avoid falling. Another person could assist you initially.

* Repeat the process pulling the cloth through from the opposite direction.

* Hang the CPAPDRYER and the flex tube up to dry

* CPAPDRYER is available in 6', 8' and 10' lengths
