Aloha Nasal Pillow Interface

I tried the new Aloha Nasal Pillow System manufactured by RespCare and distributed by DeVilbiss Healthcare. This is an excellent nasal pillow interface.

It took me a couple of nights to get the system adjusted to my head. Once the adjustments were made, it was great. The nasal pillows fit comfortably in the nasal opening and did not require a lot of strap pressure to seal well. The headgear/frame is light and does not bind or press on my face or head. In the mornings I do not have pressure marks on my face which is different from any other nasal pillow system I’ve tried.

I had used the Adams Circuit Nasal Pillow System from Puritan Bennett from January of 1990, until April 2011, 21 years. At that juncture I tried and switched to the GoLife Nasal Pillow System from Philips Respironics. Now I am changing to the Aloha Nasal Pillow System. I find it superior to the GoLife Nasal Pillow System and the Adams Circuit Nasal Pillow System.
