Step 4:
Adjust the FRONTAL ADJUSTMENT so the HEADBAND is slightly above the eye brows. Press the Velcro together to maintain position.

Step 2:
Open the FRONTAL and OCCIPITAL ADJUSTMENTS. Align the STABILIZER STRAP so that it goes directly over the top of the head.
Step 5:
Transfer the over-the-head hose to your new custom headgear. You will notice the top hose loop allows the hose to run straight from the top of the head.
Step 3:
Adjust the DELTA OCCIPITAL LOCK to fit just under the occipital bump. Press the Velcro together to maintain position.
Step 6:
For greater comfort, drill a 9/64" hole in the top angle of the shell, near the angle adapter, and cover the original hose with a piece of tape. This will allow the exhausted air and exhaled breath to be discharged above the cover line and not reflect back in your face.
SPECIAL NOTE: Since the Custom Headgear is made out of canvas, you can wash it like denim pants. Your Custom Headgear should give you many years of excellent service. If not, contact us!
