All airlines are different and require pre-boarding approval. PLEASE NOTE: All equipment listed hereon requires a current physician's prescription. Prescriptions for CPAP, BLPAP and Auto-Titrating machines must state the pressure at which the machine is to be set. Prescriptions for heated humidifiers need only to state "Heated Humidifier for use with CPAP." Prescriptions may be faxed by the patient or the patient's physician to The CPAP Store at (509) 735-1884. No Exceptions

Manufacturer's Note: Respironics recommends that new patients purchase their devices, masks and initial accessories from a homecare company that can provice an individualized patient equipment set-up, clinical and after-sales support, and a program to assist patients with therapy success.


All CPAP and sleep disorder equipment and nasal interfaces are prescribed items and therefore the sale is controlled by the Food and Drug Administration. Because nasal interface items can not be resold because of cross contamination, they can not be returned to The CPAP Store for credit. All sales of nasal interface supply items are final.

 


Any and all items returned without prior approval or because the customer doesn't want the item or items, are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any item returned that appears to have been opened or used will not be accepted as a return and no credit given. All credits will be refunded to the credit card the purchase was made with. No exceptions.
