 Removing the strip:

Tan Strip -- Just peel off slowly! Don't rip it off

White Strip -- Apply warm wet washcloth to strip for 20 seconds OR step into shower and run warm water on strip to allow adhesive release and easy removal.

If shin irritation occurs, apply medicated ointment to area. For sensitive skin, apply medicated ointment to area before applying the strip. Rub ointment into skin until no longer slippery on skin, then apply the strip.

Note: -- If any adhesive residue remains on the face , apply petroleum jelly or cold cream to area and wipe off.

 Cautions:

If nasal breathing is obstructed, do not use Chin-Up Strips

Do not use over sores, sunburned, or irritated skin.
